After spending seven years as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual, Josh saw firsthand how inconsistent outreach and follow-up limited growth — not because advisors lacked opportunity, but because they lacked a reliable system to execute daily.

Today, Dial Masters plugs directly into an advisor’s business, handling calling, texting, email outreach, and follow-up — all within a structured system designed to keep pipelines active and calendars full.

Josh combines his background in financial services with experience in business operations and technology to deliver a solution that is simple, consistent, and fully managed.

Outside of business, Josh lives in Syracuse, Utah with his wife Ariel and their four daughters — Holland, Willow, Evie, and Kya.
