Josh Smoot is the founder of Dial Masters LLC, a company dedicated to helping financial advisors streamline prospecting and appointment-setting.

Josh began his career at Northwestern Mutual, where he worked as a financial advisor for seven years in the Grabner Network Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his degree in Business Finance from BYU–Idaho, which laid the foundation for his expertise in financial services and client relationships

After Northwestern Mutual, Josh expanded his experience in the financial industry by working in mortgages for 18 months. He then transitioned into the tech world, spending a year with the fast-growing tech startup Route, where he gained valuable insight into modern business operations and technology.

Drawing on this unique combination of financial services and tech experience, Josh founded Dial Masters LLC to provide financial advisors with reliable calling, scheduling, and client outreach solutions tailored to their needs.

Outside of business, Josh is married to Ariel Smoot, and together they are raising four daughters — Holland, Willow, Evie, and Kya — in Syracuse, Utah.
